Ramen Dayo!
The owner of Ramen Dayo lived in Tokyo for 12 years. When he returned to Scotland, he wanted to create Glasgow's first dedicated ramen shop. After years of study, the chef was able to reproduce the authentic flavour and experience that Japanโs ramen places are so famous for. Starting with a cart, they now own two highly popular restaurants - you need to book early to avoid disappointment! They have a hand-picked selection of sake, Japanese whisky, gin and beer, along with traditional Japanese cocktails featuring matcha and yuzu.
